Mr Gupta is a founding member of Enigma Juris and he has completed his first degree of law in the year 2017 following which he went to Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C. to pursue his Master of Laws degree specialising in International Business and Economic Laws along with a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. In addition to this, Mr Gupta has completed a Post Graduate Diploma course in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi in 2016. Also, Mr Gupta has completed a Diploma course in Cybers Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws in affiliation with Government Law College, Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma course in International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi in the year 2017.
Mr Gupta has been admitted as a member with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2017 and is currently preparing for the New York Bar. He is a member of American Bar Association, Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) – The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Mr Gupta was actively involved while researching for the topic “How India Can Become A Successful Hub for Institutional Arbitration” during his period of study at Georgetown University. His area of practice includes domestic and international arbitration, international trade, immigration and real estate laws.
